Red Hook CSA member Cathy Erway has started a new blog: Lunch at Sixpoint, where she chronicles an urban garden atop Sixpoint Craft Ales and cooking lunch for the crew.
(Now I know where I’m going for lunch. I’ll just stand outside and look pathetic until they adopt me as a guest diner.)
To quote her:
These are the stories, the characters, and the food of my life now, making lunch at Sixpoint Craft Ales. I cook healthy, family-style meals for the staff that brews the beer here, and friends. We grow a lot of it on the roof — vegetables, fruits, herbs and chickens who lay eggs. I bring food back from Added Value community farm, where I have a work share CSA membership.
So, follow her adventures and see what she does with the bounty in our shares.
